• While we strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Orders and Cash on Delivery (COD)

tezShop.in primarily operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model to ensure trust and convenience for our buyers across India. By placing a COD order, you agree to the following:

• You agree to pay the exact invoice amount in cash to the delivery executive at the time of delivery.
• Our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your address before dispatching your COD order. If we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
• Refusing to accept a COD order at the time of delivery without a valid reason may result in your account/address being blacklisted from placing future COD orders on our platform.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery times range from 3-7 business days depending on your location in India. However, these are estimates and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or carrier issues). tezShop.in is not liable for any delays caused by our courier partners.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 6. Limitation of Liability

tezShop.in and its directors, employees, or suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
