1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within **24 to 48 hours** (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email or call. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer **FREE shipping** on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout.

**Please Note:** While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery may take longer than expected due to local restrictions, courier delays, or extreme weather conditions in your specific location.
3. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at **support@tezshop.in** with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4. COD Verification Policy
To minimize fraudulent orders and ensure genuine buyers, all **Cash on Delivery (COD)** orders are subject to a telephonic or WhatsApp verification. Our team will contact you on your registered mobile number. Orders will only be dispatched once the verification is complete.
