Returns & Refunds

1. Return Window
We offer a **7-day return policy**. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect against transit damage and ensure genuine claims, we require a **clear, unedited unboxing video** starting from the moment you begin opening the package. Without this video, we may not be able to process your return for damaged or missing items.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Refund Process (COD Orders)
Since we primarily operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds for returned items will be processed via **Bank Transfer (NEFT)** or **UPI**.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
- If approved, you will be asked to provide your Bank/UPI details.
- The refund will be credited to your account within **5-7 business days** after approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like health supplements), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at **returns@tezshop.in**. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
